General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that govern use of our platform and the relationship between you and us. We set out what we expect from account holders, how promotions operate, and how payments and disputes are handled. By registering or using our services you agree to comply with these terms and any documents they incorporate by reference.

Account responsibilities

Acceptable platform use

General bonus and promotion rules

General rules include a single active bonus per account unless stated otherwise, contribution rates by game type towards wagering requirements, and limits on maximum bet amounts when a bonus is active. We may exclude certain payment methods from promotions and require verification before bonus-related withdrawals are processed.

Deposits and withdrawals

Funds deposited to your account must belong to you. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and our anti-fraud procedures. Processing times, minimums and maximums for deposits and withdrawals may vary by payment method and by jurisdiction. We will not be liable for network or third-party delays that affect payment timings.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint please contact our support team so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly. If we cannot reach agreement we will outline available escalation routes and impartial options for independent review where applicable. Bringing a dispute does not remove our right to take protective action against an account when we suspect rule breaches.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users through the account message centre or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revised version you should stop using the service and close your account.
